Information we collect
When you submit our lead form, we collect: name, email, phone, ZIP code, loan type and amount, project type, and any deal-specific notes you provide. We also collect basic analytics data (page views, source, device type) via standard web analytics.
How we use information
Lead-form information is used to match you with lender partners that fit your deal characteristics. We share your information only with lenders you select or who we believe are a close match for your specific submitted deal type, location, and loan amount.
FCC one-to-one consent
Per current FCC rules, your consent to be contacted by partner lenders applies on a per-partner basis. When we share your information with specific lender partners, the consent is for those named partners only.
Your choices
You can request deletion of your information by emailing privacy@hardmoneychicago.com. We respond to all deletion requests within 30 days.
Cookies and tracking
We use standard web analytics (page views, source attribution) but no advertising trackers or cross-site tracking.
